W2day Pet Companion is designed to help you track your pet's health, meals, activity, and vaccinations — all in one place. This Privacy Policy explains what information W2day Pet Companion developed by Tech Solutions UA ("we," "our," or "us") collects when you use the W2day Pet Companion mobile application ("the App") and its companion website at wellness2281.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

What Choices Do You Have?

We want you to feel in control. Here are the ways you can manage your data:

• Reset your Advertising ID — Go to your device’s Settings > Google > Ads to reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized advertising.
• Clear app data — You can erase all data the App stores on your device (including your anonymous identifier, pet records, and locally stored preferences) through your device’s Settings > Apps > W2day Pet Companion > Clear Data.
• Uninstall the App — Removing the App deletes all locally stored data from your device.

What Information Does the App Collect?

Automatically Collected Information

When you first open the App, a few things happen behind the scenes to get everything running smoothly:

• Anonymous identifier. The App generates a random, anonymous identifier that is unique to your installation. This helps us understand usage patterns without knowing who you are. It stays on your device and is shared with our attribution partner (see below).
• Device language and region. The App reads your device’s language setting so it can display content in the right language.
• Google Advertising ID. The App collects your device’s advertising identifier for attribution purposes — meaning we can understand how people discover the App (for example, through an ad or an organic search). You can reset this identifier or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings at any time.

Advertising Attribution

We use AppsFlyer, a third-party mobile attribution service, to understand how users find and install the App. When you install and open the App, the following information is collected and shared with AppsFlyer:

• Your Google Advertising ID
• Your anonymous app identifier
• The source of your installation (for example, a specific ad network or an organic search)
• The marketing campaign that led to the install, if applicable
• Install referrer information (how you arrived at the app store listing)

Built-in Browser

The App includes a built-in browser that is used to display the Privacy Policy and the Support page directly within the App. The built-in browser supports cookies (including third-party cookies) and local storage, which are standard browser features used by websites for their own functionality. The built-in browser does not collect any additional data beyond what is described in the Automatically Collected Information section above. Any websites loaded in the built-in browser operate under their own privacy practices.

Support and Bug Reports

The App’s Support page allows you to send us a message or report a bug. When you submit a support request, you may provide:

• Your name and email address
• A subject and description of your question or the issue you encountered
• An optional file attachment — you can take a photo or video using your device’s camera, or choose an existing file (such as a screenshot, image, PDF, or document) through your device’s file picker

This information is submitted only when you choose to send a support request. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and resolve the reported issue. The App itself does not access your camera directly — photo and video capture is handled entirely by your device’s built-in camera app.

Local Data Storage

Everything you create inside the App — pet profiles, activity logs, feeding records, health entries, weight measurements, reminders, and your preferences — is stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly submit it (for example, through a support request). You can delete all of it at any time using the “Reset All Data” option inside the App’s Settings, or by clearing the App’s data in your device settings.

Local Notifications

The App can schedule reminder notifications (such as feeding reminders or vet visit reminders) on your device. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and do not involve any external server. You can enable or disable notifications in the App’s Settings or through your device’s notification settings.

How Do We Use This Information?

We keep things simple. The information described above is used to:

• Provide and maintain the App’s features, including displaying content in your language
• Understand how users discover and install the App through advertising attribution
• Respond to support requests you choose to send us
• Improve the overall experience based on aggregated, anonymous usage patterns

Do We Share Your Data With Anyone?

We do not sell your personal information. The only third-party service that receives data from the App is:

All your pet records, health data, and preferences stay on your device and are not transmitted to us or any third party.

How Is Your Data Protected?

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle. Data transmitted between the App and external services is sent over encrypted connections. Your pet records and personal data stored on the device are protected by your device’s own security features (lock screen, encryption). However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Some network connections within the App may use unencrypted HTTP. Where possible, we use HTTPS to protect data in transit.

How Long Is Data Retained?

• Anonymous identifier — persists on your device until you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App.
• Google Advertising ID — managed by Google Play Services on your device; you can reset it at any time in your device settings.
• AppsFlyer data — retained by AppsFlyer according to their data retention policy.
• Cookies and local storage — follow standard browser rules and are cleared when you clear the App’s data.
• Pet records and preferences — remain on your device until you delete them within the App or clear the App’s data.
• Support requests — retained only as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.

Is This App Safe for Children?

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

Will This Policy Change?

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
