You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
The App does not require account registration. Data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for any activity that occurs through your use of the App.

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of 2281 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App provides general pet care information and tracking tools for informational purposes only. The content is not intended to substitute professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified veterinarian for any questions regarding your pet's health.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2281 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your interaction with such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
